Warren Hoffman
FLORENCE-The Florence Police Department released a statement on the stabbings that took place on Saturday night, September 17:
” Florence police responded to Sidepocket’s on Saturday night to a reported fight. Upon arrival officers found two men who had been stabbed. Warren Hoffman exited the business holding a knife and was taken into custody.
Investigation of the incident revealed that employees of the business were attempting to remove Hoffman from the premise when he pulled a knife and stabbed the staff members multiple times.
Both employees were transported from the scene to receive treatment for their injuries. Their condition is unknown at this time.
Hoffman was arrested and charged with 2 counts of assault 1st. He is being held in the Lauderdale County Detention Center.”
