HARTSELLE-Friday, June 17 deputies from the Morgan County Sheriff’s Department responded to call of a person being held against their will.  Sheriff Ana Franklin Released a Statement on Monday, June 20

“On Friday, June 17, 2016, deputies responded to a residence located at 610 Tall Pine Rd. Lot 4, Hartselle, Al. in reference to a person being held against their will. Deputies made contact with (w/f 30) Neasha Sunshine Woods and (w/m 27) Clyde Lynn Parker. Neasha Woods stated that she was not being allowed to leave the residence by Clyde Parker and also advised the deputies that there were Meth Labs in a trash pile outside the residence. Deputies located what they believed to be Methamphetamine Labs and contacted Drug Task Force Agent. Agents arrived on scene and located 4-One Pot

Methamphetamine Labs, 4-HCL Gas Generators, along with chemicals and materials to Manufacture Methamphetamine within the residence and trash pile. Agents also located Methamphetamine within the residence. Clyde Lynn Parker was also found to be in possession of Methamphetamine on his person. Both subjects were Decontaminated by Priceville Fire Department.
Clyde Lynn Parker was arrested, charged with Unlawful Manufacturing of a Controlled Substance 1st Degree- Methamphetamine, Unlawful Possession of Felony Drug Paraphernalia, Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Substance- Methamphetamine and Domestic Violence- Harassment. Bond totaling $12,800.00.
Neasha Sunshine Woods was arrested, charged with the Unlawful Manufacturing of a Controlled Substance 2nd Degree- Methamphetamine. Bond totaling $5,000.00.”
