DECATUR-The Decatur Police Department released a statement concerning drug activity on Pumpkin Drive in Decatur with the arrest of two suspects in this case:
“During the past several months, members of the Decatur Police Department’s Organized Crime Unit conducted a narcotics investigation that involved a male identified as Blake Evan Mizell, who resides at 611 Pumpkin Drive Southwest Decatur, AL 35603.
On August 31st, 2016 members of the Decatur Police Department’s Organized Crime Unit and Special Response Unit (SWAT) executed a narcotics search warrant at 611 Pumpkin Drive Southwest. Upon arrival, Officers located the residents, Blake Evan Mizell and
. During the search Investigators located a quantity of Methamphetamine (ICE), Alprazolam/Xanax pills and drug use paraphernalia. Also discovered at the residence was a counter surveillance video system.
Mizell and Terry were both arrested for two counts of Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Substance and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia-Intent to Use.
Mizell and Terry were processed through the Decatur City Jail, they will later be transferred to the Morgan County Jail, each in lieu of a $5,500.00 bond.
2nd Defendant: Olivia Morgan Terry, Female, 04/26/1990, 611 Pumpkin Drive Southwest Decatur, AL 35603…Terry is out on state parole for a prior felony. Steps have been taken to have her parole revoked.”
