Funeral service for Troy Steven Smith, age 55, of Moulton, will be 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, December 23, 2023, at Parkway Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Marcus Lipsomb and Rev. Wally Bryant officiating. The family will receive friends for one hour prior to service. Interment will be in Johnson Cemetery.
Mr. Smith, who died Tuesday, December 19, 2023, at his residence, was born December 12, 1968, in Alabama to Bobby Fred Smith, Sr. and Edna Diane Kelly Smith. He was preceded in death by his daughter, Harley Lee Smith; father; brother, Bobby Fred Smith, Jr. (Toe); and sister, Christy LeeAnn Cooper. Steven was employed as an HVAC technician with Lee Company.
He is survived by his loving wife, Marie “Rooster” (Keenum) Smith; son, Troy Allen Smith; daughter, Tiffany Nicole Smith; mother, Edna Smith; and five grandchildren, Braylon Reeves, Tylon Smith, Jaylon Smith, Titan Smith, and Crimson Smith.
Pallbearers will be Wayne Lindley, Randall Lindley, Jackie Fortenberry, Frankie Fortenberry, Jeremiah Cooper, and Toby Combs.
