Travis “Ozzie” Smith, age 64, of Fairview, TN passed away Saturday, January 16, 2016 at his residence. He was a native of Lawrence County, TN, retired truck driver for Estenson Logistics, and of the Baptist Faith. Mr. Smith served his country honorably in the U.S. Army.
He was preceded in death by his father, Daniel E. Smith.

Arrangements are being handled by Neal Funeral Home, 231 N. Military Avenue, Lawrenceburg, Tennessee. The family will receive friends from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM Tuesday, January 19, 2016 at Neal Funeral Home. Funeral services will be conducted at Neal Funeral Home at 11:00 AM Wednesday, January 20, 2016, with T. R. Williams officiating. Interment will follow at Old Shores Cemetery in Giles County, TN.
