Tracy Lee Branch, age 54 of Hillsboro, passed away on August 13, 2024, at Kindred Hospital in Chattanooga. She was born on November 9, 1969, in Elkhart, Indiana, to the late Stephen Eugene Cody and Carolyn Elaine Adams. Tracy had previously worked for Tennessee Apparel, M-Tech, and Unity Medical. She loved shopping, writing recipes, and spending time with her grandchildren. Tracy lived on Sundrop and loved her two four-legged best friends, Crazy and LeeLee. Her sweetness and kindness will be forever missed, as she was precious to everyone and donated whenever she could. She attended Decherd Seventh Day Adventist Church. In addition to her parents, Tracy is preceded in death by her spouses; Paul Laney, Troy Branch; grandparents, Minnie and Don Laws, Marie and Lloyd Adams; and nephew, Storm Horton. She is survived by her children, Tasha (Jake) Long, Paul Laney Jr.; grandchildren, Able Long, Ezra Long, Elias Long, Jordan Laney; siblings, Amanda (Quentin) Horton, Eric (Brandy) Cody; nieces and nephews, Hunter, Lexius, Chevy, Cheyenne, Kristopher; father of daughter, Dennis York; mother-in-law, Linda Bong; sister-in-law, Tina Mason; and step-children, Coulton Branch, Dakota Branch, and Triston Branch. A visitation will be held on Tuesday, August 20, 2024, from 5pm-8pm at Moore-Cortner Funeral Home. Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday, August 21, 2024, at 2pm at Moore-Cortner Funeral Home with Quentin Horton officiating. Interment will follow at Beech Hill Cemetery.
