Tom Parrish, age 77, of Lawrenceburg, TN, born March 22, 1936, passed away Friday, January 24, 2014 at NHC Healthcare of Scott in Lawrenceburg, TN. He was a native of Maury County, TN, retired from Union Carbide as a Plant Controller with 35 years of service, and a member of Pulaski Street Church of Christ where he served as an elder for 24 years.
He was a devoted, loving husband, father, and grandfather. He went grades 1-12 at Culleoka School, and completed 2 years of college receiving an associate degree in accounting.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Hushel Lea and Adeline Vetor Parrish; and one brother, Hushel Parrish, Jr.

Arrangements are being handled by Neal Funeral Home, 231 N. Military Avenue, Lawrenceburg, Tennessee. The family will receive friends from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM Monday, January 27, 2014 at Pulaski Street Church of Christ. Funeral services will be conducted at Pulaski Street Church of Christ at 11:00 AM Monday, January 27, 2014, with Andrew Brown officiating. Graveside Committal will follow at 2:00 PM at Jones Cemetery in Maury County, TN.
