Thomas Lowell “Buddy” Behel Jr. kept his appointment with his maker Oct. 13, 2015. A memorial service will be held 2 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 7, 2015, at Magnolia Church of Christ, Florence.
He was preceded in death by his father and mother, Thomas and Ossie Behel; two brothers, Oneal Behel and Gene Behel; two sisters, Rachel McCollum and infant girl of nine siblings.
He is survived by his wife of 54 years, Sharlie Green Behel; three sons, Mark Behel (Karen), Eric Behel (Carol) and Jason Behel (Liz); two brothers, Gilbert Behel and Al Behel (Linda); three sisters, Helen Sanderson (Larry), Liz Warpula (Ronnie) and Nadean Martin (Bob); grandchildren, Jamie Routman (Justin), Tyler Behel (Marina), Carissa Lovvorn (Garth), Jared Behel, Shireena Behel, Michael Behel, Gabriella Behel, Nolan Behel, Emmett Behel and Wesley Behel; three great-grand- daughters, Isabelle Lovvorn, Emma Behel and Avery Routman; and a very special part of our family, Marco, Yolanda, Yadira, Marco Jr., Ruiz; and a host of nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Bundles of Blessings and Room at the Inn in care of Magnolia Church of Christ, Florence.
