Thomas Eugene Troupe, age 52, of Flintville, TN, passed away Tuesday, September 6, 2016. Mr. Troupe is survived by 1 son Kevin Whaley (Haley), his father Carl Troupe, 1 sister Pamela Jo Glasner (Gary) and 1 grandson Kyler Whaley. The family will receive visitors on Friday, Sept. 9, 2016, from 4:00 p.m.- 6:00 p.m. with a Memorial service following at 6:00 p.m. The Rev. Milton Martin and Rev. Winford Stayton will officiate.
