Mrs. Thelma Fay Owens Turner, 65, died Tuesday, January 16, 2018 at her residence following an extended illness. She was born May 21, 1952 in Memphis, TN. Her parents were William Curtis Owens and Dorthea Thornton Owens. She was a high school graduate and enjoyed being a homemaker.
She is the mother of two sons, Joseph Turner and Samuel Turner.
