Terry Wayne Flippo, 58, Phil Campbell, passed away on Thursday, January 23, 2014 at his residence.

There will be a small family memorial service at his sister’s apartment, 110 Campbell Arms, #C-4, Phil Campbell at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, February 01, 2014.
