Memorial services for Terry Exell Shadix, 51, of Cullman, are incomplete at this time and will be given at a later date.
Cullman Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Mr. Shadix passed away Sunday, October 13 at his residence. He was born October 1, 1962 to parents Exell Leon and Betty Janette Persall Shadix. He was a member of Fourth Street Church of Christ. He served his country in the marine corp and was currently attending school at Wallace State.
He was preceded in death by his father; and his grandparents, A.M. and Lois Persall and Marshall and Lovie Shadix.
Survivors include his mother; one brother, Tony (Kelly) Shadix; five nieces and nephews, Brock (Nicole) Shadix, Meagan, Mallory, Noah, and Kathryn Shadix; two great nephews, Keaton and Konnor Shadix; his dog, Bama; and a host of family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Animal Humane Society.
