Terry Cavender, age 81 of Haleyville, Alabama passed away May 29, 2023 at his home. He was a retired Floral Saleman, and a member of Double Springs Church of Christ.
Visitation will be Wednesday, May 31, 2023 from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Pinkard Funeral Home, Haleyville. Funeral service will be Thursday, June 1, 2023 at 11:00 a.m. at the funeral home with Justin Guin and Vance Hutton officiating. Burial will follow in Winston Memorial Cemetery.
Mr. Cavender is survived by his wife, Sue Cavender; son, Greg Cavender; siblings, Bonnie Jones, Ray Cavender, Bessie Berry, Othello Wyatt, Ann Jermae, Carolyn Scoggins and Racheal Garrison; grandchildren, Kevin Comeens (Jo Ann), Bradly Comeens (Amber) and Keifer Tucker; and great granchildren, Madison Comeens, Adalie Comeens, Reid Comeens, Khloie Comeens, Gunnar Comeens and Judah Comeens.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Ottis and Lueviena Cavender; daughter, Lisa Tucker; and siblings, J.C. Cavender, Woodrow Cavender and Jerry Cavender.
