Sybilene J. Kiser, 83, died Sunday, Oct. 2, 2016. The funeral will be 2 p.m. today at Wolf Springs Baptist Church, with burial in Hard Shell Cemetery. The body will be placed in the church one hour before the service. Jackson Memory Funeral Home is directing.
