Anthony Wade Davis, 58, died Sunday, Oct. 2, 2016, at his residence. He was retired from Limestone County Correctional Facility.
Visitation will be Wednesday, Oct. 5, 2016, from 1-2 p.m. at Rogersville Funeral Home. Funeral services will follow in the chapel with Rickey Green and Tommy Heaps officiating. Burial will be in Harvey Cemetery. Pallbearers will be family and friends.
Mr. Davis was preceded in death by his father, Robert Davis; mother, Gaynell Davis; wife, Linda Davis; and grandsons, Taylor Christian and Asher Ian.
He is survived by his sons, Nicolas (Susan) Davis and Joshua (Hope) Davis; grandsons, Sean Barringer and Johnathan Wade Davis; sister, Angie Hayes; stepsister, Sharon (Charlie) Orr; stepbrother, Tony Sutton; niece, Laura (Jonathan) Duke; greatnephew, Jackson; and numerous aunts and cousins.
