Susie Ailene Hall Daniel, of Florence, passed away on Wednesday, October 11, 2017 at the age of 55. Her visitation will be Saturday, October 14, 2017 from 12:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. at the Creekside Church of Christ. The funeral service will follow at 2:00 p.m. with Charles Swindle and Capt. Benjamin Deuel officiating. She will be buried in Shoals Memorial Gardens.
Susie was a native of Colbert County and a member of the Creekside Church of Christ. She was preceded in death by her parents, Albert and Evelyn Hall; brother, Eugene Hall; grandmothers, Ruthie Ayers and Edith Mansell; and foster mother, Frances Holt. Susie was a precious mother, wonderful grandmother, loving wife, amazing sister, and a great friend.
Her survivors include her loving husband, Paul Daniel; son, William Ayers; daughter, Julie Ryan (Scottie); brother, Robert Hall; sisters, Jenny Krebs (Bob) and Martha Hall; three grandchildren, Tylon, Jacob, and Miley; and a host of nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers will be Cody Thigpen, Devin Thigpen, Scottie Ryan, Lucas Fudge, William Freeman, and Keith Lewis.
The family expresses special thanks to the staff of ECM Hospital, Dr. True and staff, and a special thanks to her home health nurse, Jill.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Diabetes Association.
