Susan Lynn Faulk, 72, passed away on Monday, March 17, 2025, at Athens Limestone Hospital in Athens, Alabama.
Born on Thursday, November 20, 1952, to the late Johnnie Edward Worley and Mary Rose Miller Worley, Mrs. Faulk would go on to spend half her life in the Ardmore area where she was a member of Community Independent Baptist Church. In her free time, she enjoyed fishing with her husband George, collecting bird antiquities, as well as spending time with her dog Foxy.
Mrs. Faulk is preceded in death by her parents as well as two great grandchildren, Eliza Joy and De’Ara Douglas.
She is survived by her husband of 31 years, George Faulk, one daughter, Kim Kindred Yell, one brother, David (Cathy) Worley, three stepdaughters: Chasa (Josh) Roberts, Thasa Faulk, and Sheree Faulk, two step grandsons, Lucas Roberts and Deontae Douglas, one step granddaughter, Dashia Douglas, two grandchildren, Tyler (Megan) Yell and Skyler Yell, as well as two great grandchildren, Maddox Yell and Nora Yell.
A Visitation will be held for Mrs. Faulk at Ardmore Chapel Funeral Home in Ardmore, Alabama on Friday, March 21, 2025, from 1:00 PM until 3:00 PM. A Chapel Service is scheduled to follow Visitation with service time beginning at 3:00 PM. Bro. Spencer Hardiman will officiate the service. Burial will follow in Gatlin Cemetery.
Ardmore Chapel Funeral Home will be assisting the family with services.
