Sue Smith Cook – Obituary

Sue Smith Cook departed this life on March 27th, 2016, surrounded by family. She was born Nov. 16, 1945.
She is survived by her loving husband, Paul Cook; her five children, Kathy Ratliff, Tommy Henry (Tammy), Ronald Henry (Julia), Donald Henry (Miranda) and Huey Smith (Tammy); stepdaughter, Teresa Cook Lambert (Grady); 13 grandchildren and eight great- grandchildren.
Visitation will be tonight from 6 to 8 at Peck Funeral Home. A chapel service will be held on Wednesday at 11 a.m. at Peck Funeral Home with burial to follow in Cedar Creek Cemetery, Hartselle.
