Stella Pauline Haley Wright, age 82, of Leighton, passed away Thursday, Jan. 2, 2014. A graveside service will be today, noon, at Glendale Cemetery, Old Highway 20, Leighton, with Brother Robert Shirley officiating.
Mrs. Wright was a member of the Leighton Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her husband, H. C. Wright Jr.; and her parents, Vard and Ethie Haley.
Mrs. Wright is survived by her daughters, Deborah Henry and husband, Frank, and Paulette Powers Vinson and husband, Jimmy Bo; sister, Era Haley Townsel; grandchildren, Lorie Lee, Kelly Battles, Jason Powers, and Mathew Powers, and great-grandchildren, Maddox Lee, Hunter Battles, Zac Powers, and Ellie Jae Powers.
