Ms. Sonia K. Hays, age 84 of Scottsboro, Alabama passed away on Wednesday, April 1, 2025.
She is survived by her daughters, Jennifer Hays Sharp (Doug), Rebecca Hays; son, Jon Hays; grandchildren, Eric Sharp (Galadriel), Elizabeth Sharp, Emma Sharp, Bill Sharp, Lindsay Haas; sister, Dolly Rose Seals; nephew, Ricky Bailey; one dog, four grand-dogs; and a host of other close family and friends.
She was preceded in death by her father, RC Kilgore; mother, Lucille Kilgore; and nephew, Roger Bailey.
Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, April 6, 2025 at Scottsboro Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Town Creek Cemetery. The family will visitation on Saturday, April 5, 2025 beginning at 4:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
