Social Media for Small Farmers and Entrepreneurs

FLORENCE-Are you using Social Media to market your products?  Are you using Social Media to engage your customers and prospects?  Do you think Facebook and Twitter are just for young folks? If you aren’t using Social Media how much business are you missing?   If you are ready to join the computer age and engage your clients and potential clients then you should attend this Social Media workshop.  The program will be spread over three different meeting times, beginning Thursday April 10th, April 24th and May 1st at 5:30 p.m. at the Lauderdale County Extension office, 802 Veterans Drive, Florence, AL 35630.   Bring a snack and drinks will be provided.  You must pre-register by calling 256 766-4846 or email at wisselc@aces.edu , seating is limited.

In this free, hands on workshop you will set up or improve your Facebook page and create a Twitter account.  You must bring a laptop or iPad so you can actually put into practice the concepts being taught.  In using Social Media you will learn to exponentially grow and market your business.  You will learn options and strategies that will make potential customers see your product.

Robbie Hillis, Marketing Specialist will conduct this hands on workshop and prepare you to reach customers in all aspects of Social Media.
