FLORENCE-It is time to get milk and bread. The Marriott Shoals Hotel & Spa will have snow every evening until Christmas. Here are a couple of options to consider to make your holidays brighter:
LET IT SNOW
The weather forecast is for 100% chance of snow each night until Christmas. Snow will fall each evening from 5 to 7 p.m. in the Lobby of the Marriott Shoals Hotel & Spa. The public is invited to come enjoy the snow and create holiday memories. Swampers Bar & Grill adjacent to the lobby will be having specials each night in case visitors want to stay for dinner or drinks. Swampers features family-friendly music nightly. Depending on weather conditions, snow showers could occur at a moment’s notice above the Lobby’s massive Christmas tree so dress accordingly.
BREAKFAST WITH SANTA
Join Santa, Mrs. Claus and a few friendly elves for a special breakfast December 5, December 12 and December 19 from 9 to 11 a.m. Hear the sounds of the season with carolers accompanying the breakfast each mornings at 10:30. Feel like you are at the North Pole and take plenty of selfies or elfies with Santa and his friends. Breakfast with Santa is $15.95 for age 13 and up. Children age 6 to 12 are $5.95.
