Sina Capps Beard of Empire passed away February 5,2026. Funeral services will be held at 2:00pm, Tuesday, February 10, 2026, at New Horizon Chapel. The family will receive friends at 12 noon. Burial will follow in New Horizon Gardens. An obituary will be posted shortly.
