Silas Mansell, age 73, of Hamilton, Alabama, passed away on Friday,
September 4, 2026, at his brother Paul’s residence. He was born in Marvell, Arkansas on
December 21,1952, to Clyde Mansell and Irene Lewis.
The visitation will be 12:00 p.m. -2:00 p.m. Wednesday, September 9,
2026, at Nichols Marion County Funeral Home. The service will follow at
2:00 p.m. at Nichols Marion County Funeral Home with Bro. Skip Alexander
officiating and burial in Hamilton Memory Gardens.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Irene Gann and father, Clyde
Mansell; sister, Sheila Miller; brother, Starlin Reeves; grandson Jalex
Mansell. He is survived by his Children, Dewayne Mansell, James Mansell,
Patricia (Trent) Miller; brothers, Paul (Patricia) Mansell, Bobby Mansell,
Dale (Vicky) Reeves, Timmy (Patricia) Reeves; sister Kimberly (Art) Little and a host of other
grandchildren, nieces, nephews, family and friends.
Nichols Marion County Funeral Home will assist the family.
