Funeral service for Shelia Francis Smith Harper, 54, will be Saturday, January 28, 2017 at 1:00 PM at Peck Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Donald Garrison officiating and Peck Funeral Home directing. Burial will be in Hood Cemetery in Royal, AL- Blount County. Visitation will be Saturday, January 28, 2017 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the funeral home.
Ms. Harper died on Wednesday, January 18, 2017 at Decatur Morgan Hospital. She was born April 4, 1962, in Marshall County to Cleddins Smith and Frances Estelle Malone. She was employed by Tyson Farms. She was preceded in death by her parents: Cleddins and Frances Smith and three brothers: Cleddius, Mike and Keith Smith.
