Mrs. Jean Phillips, age 77, of Arab, passed away on Friday, May 25, 2018 at her residence.
Mrs. Phillips was born on December 29, 1940 in Marshall County to Joda NeSmith & Marjorie Fletcher NeSmith. She loved traveling, shopping & spending time with her family and friends.
Mrs. Phillips was a member of Gilliam Springs Baptist Church.
She is survived by her daughter & son-in-law, Debra J. & Richard Fry; brother & sister-in-law, Joda N. & Shelia NeSmith; sisters & brother-in-law, Lola & Carl Fry, Sandra Bell; grandchildren, D.J. & Christy Phillips, Phillip Fry, Justin & Jessica Fry, Jarrod & Traci Phillips, Nathan & Charlene Phillips; great grandchildren, Alex Fry, Kaitlyn Phillips, Kinsley Fry, David Phillips, Jr., Damien Phillips, Abby Selby, Chaz Selby. Preceded in death by her parents, Joda NeSmith & Marjorie Fletcher NeSmith; son, Randall Phillips.
Funeral service will be 2:00 p.m. Sunday May 27, 2018 at Arab Heritage Memorial Chapel with Bro. David Woods & Bro. Randy Blakely, officiating. Burial will be in Gilliam Springs Cemetery with Arab Heritage Memorial Chapel, directing.
Pallbearers will be D.J. Phillips, Phillip Fry, Justin Fry & Jarrod Phillips.
Visitation will be 12:00 p.m. – 2:00 p.m. Sunday May 27, 2018 at Arab Heritage Memorial Chapel.
