Sheila Renee Wiggs, age 53 of Winchester, passed away on Wednesday, February 3, 2021 at her residence. A native of Franklin County, she was born in Winchester on June 7, 1967. Before her illness, she was employed as a manager in the food industry. She enjoyed watching Lifetime movies, but most of all spending time with her beloved family and friends. Sheila was preceded in death by her daughter, Shalina Renee Wiggs Walls; and her father, Tommy William Wiggs. She is survived by her loving daughters, Jessica Sons of Winchester, and Faith Wiggs of Estill Springs; mother, Flossie Wiggs of Winchester; siblings, Tommy (Dani) Wiggs of Winchester, Steve (Wendy) Wiggs of Tullahoma, and Tina (Jeff) Kilgore of Decherd; and several nieces and nephews. Visitation will be from 5-8 pm on Friday, February 5, 2021 at Moore-Cortner Funeral Home. Funeral Services will be at 11:00 am on Saturday, February 6, 2021 in the Moore-Cortner Chapel with Pastor Mark Bolin officiating. Interment will follow at Franklin Memorial Gardens with Shane Wiggs, Melvin Bolin, Dwayne Bolin, Wayne Allen, Chase Henderson, and Bill Brewer serving as pallbearers. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Moore-Cortner Funeral Home for assistance with burial expenses.
