Logo Icon Sharon Denise (Goodloe) Davis, a cherished soul known to many, completed her earthly journey on February 27, 2026, at the North Alabama Medical Center in Florence, Alabama. Born on July 19, 1966, in Sheffield, Alabama, to the late Willard Dean Johnson-Goodloe and Leon Montgomery. Sharon was a beacon of love and faith throughout her 59 years of life.

She accepted Christ as her Lord and Savior and was a devoted member of the Shiloh Missionary Baptist Church of Florence, Alabama, where he served the Lord with gladness and a spirit of love. Those who had the privilege of knowing Sharon will remember her as a loving individual whose presence was a source of comfort and joy. Her laughter was infectious, her smile a ray of sunshine, and her generosity knew no bounds.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Willard Dean Johnson-Goodloe and Leon Montgomery, a brother, Willard Pernell Goodloe.

Sharon leaves to cherish her memories:

her husband, Minister Thomas Davis; three loving and devoted children, Quintaz Davis, LaDeanna Davis, and Tamekia Davis; siblings, Beverly (Ray) Johnson, Theresa (Willmon) Simpson, Ricky Montgomery, Charles Montgomery, Gary (Cassandra) Montgomery, Darryl (Marleline) Montgomery, Don (Cherry) Montgomery, Michael Gilbert, and a host of siblings; grandchildren, Ty’Kya Davis, Tyanna Davis, Quintavon Williams, Riley Davis, Tamarian Garrett, Raine Davis, and R’niyah McDonald; aunts, Augusta Johnson, Flora Smith, Olva Goodloe, and Louis Goins; uncles, Henry (Barbara) Jackson and James (Constance) Hooks; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
