Sharon Boullemet Price, age 67, of Decatur, Alabama, passed away Tuesday, September 12, 2023.
Sharon was born September 1, 1956 to Vann Arvis Boullemet and Charlotte Hood Boullemet in Anniston, AL.
Sharon was a 1975 graduate of Huntsville High School. She married Michael Lee Price on October 13, 1979 and had 3 wonderful children. She worked in the family business, Centron Lumber Do-It Center, from 1980 – 1992 and then became a real estate agent from 1992 – 2018. She was nominated and awarded “New Realtor of the Year” for the Morgan County Board of Realtors in 1992 while at Ben Porter Real Estate.
Sharon served many years as a Pageant Mom with both the Miss Point Mallard and the Miss Alabama Pageants. She loved boating, scuba diving and traveling the world. Her happiest moments were the multiple trips she took barefoot boating in the American and British Virgin Islands. She loved the beach and offshore fishing with her husband and two sons.
She loved life and lived it to the fullest.
Sharon was preceded in death by her father Vann Arvis Boullemet, her mother Charlotte Hood Boullemet and her bothers Liston and Vandy Boullemet.
Sharon is survived by her husband Michael Lee Price, daughter Whitney Wright (Blake), sons, Brandon Price (Stevi), Derrick Price (Georganne). Her grandchildren, Farrah Wright, Kennedy Grace Price, JR Price, and Georgia Lynn Price. Her nephew Nick Boullemet (Kristy), their children Mya and Layla Boullemet.
Services for Sharon will be held at St. John’s Episcopal Church, 202 Gordan Drive, Decatur, AL at 3:00 PM Sunday, September 17, 2023. A Celebration of Life will follow immediately after the service in the Parrish Hall of St. John’s Episcopal.
