Ms. Shannon Leann Moore Brown, age 49, of Scottsboro, Alabama went home to be with her Lord and Savior, Wednesday, December 22nd, 2025. Leann, a wonderful sister, daughter, mother, “Gammi” and friend to so many, fought a long and courageous battle with cancer and will definitely be missed by those that she loved and that loved her.
Leann is survived by her daughters, Heather Brown Bailey (Justin), Cheyenne Brown; son, Carson Brown; mother, Betty Garner Moore; sister, Juliann Clarke; brother, Joey Moore (Heather); 7 grandchildren, Zaria, Stormy, Lukas, EmmaLeigh, Harper, Octavia Bailey and Leilany Brown; Aunts Dorothy Cornelison, Joyce Garner and Paula Moore; nieces and nephews Stacie Tabb, Dana Kay, Taylor Moore, Shelby Sullivan, Christian Sullivan, and Lincoln Thrasher and many cousins.
She was preceded in death by son; Thomas Dominique Brown; father, Joe Wheeler Moore; brother-in-law, Paul Clarke; nephew Thomas J Sullivan and many aunts and uncles.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, January 10th, 2026, 2 PM at Pathway Baptist Church in Scottsboro, Alabama with Pastor Joe David Moore officiating.
