SEDA Celebrates Spec Building with Ribbon Cutting Ceremony

MUSCLE SHOALS-The Shoals Economic Development Authority (SEDA) officially unveiled the brand new 100,000 sq. ft. Shoals Research Airpark Spec Building to the public April 23rd. The building, expandable to 150,000 sq. ft., is located in the Shoals Research Airpark in Muscle Shoals, Alabama.

The building is available for sale or lease to projects seeking locations for manufacturing and development. This shell building is listed at $2,750,000 as is but build-out options are available.
