Scott Mahan, age 61 of Lebanon, TN, passed away on November 23, 2024. Daniel Scott Mahan was born in New Albany, IN to Barbara Kay Jeffers Mahan and Laymon Daniel Mahan, Jr. Scott spent most of his career working in the food service industry including managing restaurants for over 30 years. He ran Christian Catering in Mobile, AL for many years with his family. After 2020, Scott became a truck driver. Scott loved time with his family, gardening and beautifying his yard, stargazing, listening to music and attending concerts, was a master of grilling and smoking meats, and was a huge fan of the Alabama Crimson Tide.
Scott is survived by his partner and wife of 37 years, Jamie Norman Mahan, children Alli Young and her husband Hayden Young, Adam Mahan and his wife Danielle Mahan, mother Barbara Mahan, and his sister Tracy Mahan-Daugherty. He is preceded in death by his father Dan Mahan.
