Sarah Waller, 89, died Tuesday, Dec. 31, 2013. Visitation will be 1-2 p.m. today at Elmwood Chapel, Birmingham. The funeral will be 2 p.m. today at the funeral home chapel, with burial in Elmwood Cemetery. She was the mother of Sylvia Wood.
