Sarah Coggin Bush passed away September 1st, 2025, at her home surrounded by her loving family. She was born in Pulaski, TN on August 9th, 1942, and was 83 years old.
She was a loving mother, grandmother, and aunt. She had a true green thumb and could often be found in her garden with all her flowers. Sarah also loved being outdoors and going fishing. Above all, she enjoyed spending time with her friends and family.
Visitation will be held Thursday, September 4th, 2025, from 3:00pm to 6:00pm at Bennett-May & Pierce Funeral Home and Crematory.
A Graveside Service will take place at 1:00pm on Friday, September 5th, 2025, at Maplewood Cemetery with Bro. Mark Johnson officiating.
She was preceded in death by her husband, William Eric Bush Jr., parents, Clyde Edward and Lula Coggin, and her brother Charles Edward Coggin, Sr.

Daughter, Renee Thompson of San Antonio, Texas
Grandson, Michael Austin Thompson (Katey) of San Antonio, Texas
Granddaughter, Emily Marie Thompson of Charlotte, North Carolina
Great-Grandson, Wesley Thompson
Nephews, Chuck Coggin, Bill Coggin and M.G (Ret) Jeffrey Coggin.
