Sandra Kay “Sandy” Victory Lowery departed this life on Wednesday, May 3, 2017 at her residence in Ethridge, Tennessee at the age of 62 Years, 4 Months, 27 Days. She was born December 6, 1954 in Dearborn, MI, the daughter of the late Roy Allen and Lora Essie Horton Victory. In addition to her parents, Sandra was preceded in death by brothers, Billy Vickery and Jerry Victory and sister, Janie Victory. She was a disabled factory worker.
She is survived by son, James Mark Lowery, II of Hartsville, TN; daughters, Erica Nicole Sherrill of Collinwood, TN and Lora Ann McCord of Mount Juliet, TN; grandchildren, Daisha Daniel, Breanna Lowery, Tayler Lowery, Penelope McCord, Thomas McCord, Cali Rae Lowery; great-grandchildren, Kolby Ray and Kamden Ray; brothers, Bobby Victory of Buffalo Valley, TN, Dennis Victory of Roseville, MI and William Victory of Collinwood, TN; sister, Betty Barnes of Lindenhurst, IL and nieces and nephews.
Services will be Saturday, May 6, 2017 at 1:00 PM at Shackelford Funeral Directors chapel, Collinwood, Tennessee, with Greg Eaton officiating. Burial will follow in the Community Freewill Baptist Church Cemetery, Florence, Alabama. Visitation will be Saturday, May 6, 2017 from 11:00 am until service time at the funeral home.
Pallbearers will be Chris McCord, Ernest Sherrill, John Brady Sherrill, Baer Workman, Chris Lowery and Jason Davis.
