Sally Ann Brazile Bates, 67, died Friday, October 2, 2015 at NMMC.
She was born January 8, 1948, to Marvin and Lizzie Brazile. She was a homemaker.
Services will be Tuesday, October 6, at 1 p.m. at Deaton Funeral Home Chapel, Red Bay with Mike Deaton officiating. Burial will be in Ridge Cemetery, Golden, Mississippi. Deaton Funeral Home, Red Bay, Alabama will be in charge of arrangements.
Survivors are her husband-Bobby Bates of Red Bay; four children-Tommy Bates, Eric Bates, Greg Bates and Sharon Griffith; three grandsons-Chance Griffith, Hunter Griffith and Dakota Bates; two sisters-Lori Greffey (Joe) and Cathy Brazile; three brothers-Gary Brazile (Rose), Jerry Brazile and Joey Brazile (Cathy); several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by his parents and two aunts Thelma Lloyd and Jimmie West.
Pallbearers will be Jason Coker, Eric Bates, Greg Bates, Scotty Hardin, Brent Robinson and Glenn Griffith. Honorary pallbearers will be her grandsons — Chance Griffith, Hunter Griffith and Dakota Bates. Visitation will be Monday, October 5, 6-9 p.m. at Deaton Funeral Home, Red Bay, Alabama.
