Sadie Martin of Pulaski passed away on Tuesday, January 10, 2017 in Nashville. She was born in Pulaski on December 5. 1939 and was 77 years old.
She was a loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and sister. She was on the Moher Board at Missionary Baptist Church. Sadie worked with SCHRA as a preschool worker, and with the city of Pulaski youth services. She loved to work in her flower garden and attending football and basketball games.
Visitation will be on Friday, January 13th from 4:00pm until 7:00pm at Bennett-May-Giles County Funeral Home.
Funeral Service will take place on Saturday, January 14th with visitation from 11:00am until 12:00pm and the service at 12:00pm at the Greater Richland Creek Missionary Baptist Association Central Building, 1095 Bledsoe Road, Pulaski, Tn. 38478
Burial will be in Maplewood Cemetery.
She was preceded in death by her husband Brown Harwell Martin, Sr. parents, George Allen and Sue Mae Curren Holt, and a brother, William Alfred Holt, Sr.
She is survived by her,

Son, Timothy Leron (Renita) Martin of Lewisburg
Step-son, Barry Wayne Martin of Pulaski
4 grandchildren and 4 great- grandchildren

Brother, Frank Holt, Sr. of Pulaski
Sister, Joann (Edward) Bostic of Nashville
Sister, Martha Ruth (Robert) Curtis of Nashville
Brother, Joseph Nathaniel Holt of Nashville
Several nephews, nieces, cousins and friends also survive.
