Ruth Scharfman, age 77, passed away peacefully at home on December 24, 2024. Services will be private.
Ruth Magdalena Prager Scharfman was born in Austria to Maria and Anton Joseph Prager. She lived a simple life and loved spending time with friends and family. Ruth enjoyed gardening and taking care of flowers, feeding and watching birds, reading, working puzzles, and watching the grandchildren in sporting events. She worked for CDS International. Mrs. Scharfman is survived by her son Kevin (Michelle) Scharfman and grandchildren Kaylee Michelle, Kennedy Marie, and Kyla Megan Scharfman. She is preceded in death by her husband Alan Scharfman, her parents, and her brother Hans.
