Russell Woodrow Pharr, 68, passed away Wednesday, July 1, 2026, at his residence. He was born in Forrest City, Arkansas, to Woodrow and Mary Louise Cunningham Pharr.
He is survived by his brother, Dennis W. Pharr (Wanda); two nieces, Christy Credille (Brian) and Emily Pharr.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
A private graveside service will be held at a later date at Belmont City Cemetery. Deaton Funeral Home, Belmont, MS will be in charge of arrangements.
