Ruby Gaye Lambert, 84, of Chicago, IL, died Friday, February 26, 2016 at St. Peter’s Rehab Center in Chicago. She was retired from Zenith Electronics in Chicago and was a member of the Church of Christ. Visitation is scheduled for 9:00 until 11:00 a.m., Friday, March 4, at Pleasant Grove Church of Christ. Funeral services are scheduled for 11:00 a.m. on Friday at Pleasant Grove Church of Christ, officiated by Rick Jones. Interment will follow in the church cemetery. Pallbearers include Jacob Osborn, Lesle Osborn, Daniel Roaten, Terry Rorie, Billy Russell Osborn, and Chris Fretwell. Cutshall Funeral Home of Iuka, MS is entrusted with arrangements. She is survived by her long-time companion, Dan Minkiewicz of Chicago; one sister, Edra Osborn of Burnsville, MS; two nephews, Stevie Osborn (Michelle) and Mitchell Osborn (Mary); and three nieces, Tracy Roaten (Daniel), Allison Rorie (Terry), and Andrea Tackett (Jack), all of Burnsville, MS. She was preceded in death by her parents, George and Ada Lambert; her sister, Eunice Faye Lambert; and her brother-in-law, Billy Joe Osborn.
