Funeral service for Ruby A. Moore Porter, 82, will be Tuesday, August 19, 2014 at 3:00 PM at Hartselle Church of Christ with Phillip Hines officiating and Peck Funeral Home directing. Burial will be in Bethel United Methodist Cemetery, Eva, Alabama. Visitation will be Tuesday, August 19, 2014 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Church.
Mrs. Porter died on Sunday, August 17, 2014 at her residence. She was born June 27, 1932, in Morgan County to Thomas Ed Moore and Flora Belle Burnette Moore. She was formerly employed by General Electric as a Controlman. She was preceded in death by her parents, her son: James Freddie Porter and a sister Evelyn Craft.
