He was born on August 15, 1967 in Double Springs to Paul Hugh Williams and Wanda Yvonne Bailey Williams.
A private memorial service will be held at a later date.
He is survived by his daughters, Natasha L. Williams and Chelsie E.C. Williams; mother, Wanda Y. Williams; brothers, Randall H. Williams and wife Denise, and Robert A. Bailey.
He was preceded in death by his father, Paul Hugh Williams.
