Royana Jane Stewart, age 81 of Cowan, passed away peacefully in her sleep on Friday, October 21, 2022, at The Waters of Winchester. Royana was born on September 23, 1941, in El Paso, TX, to the late Boyd and Blanch (Tuining) Loughrey. She retired from Southern Tennessee Regional Health Systems in 2015, where she was Administration Director. Royana enjoyed cruising to different countries and snorkeling in the ocean. She was a member of St. Agnes’ Episcopal Church in Cowan. Royana is survived by her sons, Dion Stewart of Williamsport, PA, and James (Diane) Stewart of Winchester; granddaughter, Jennifer (Rick) Vaders of Flagler Beach, FL; and great-grandson, Jason Thomas Vaders of Flagler Beach, FL.
