A Celebration of Life service for Roy Scott Rose, 39 of Rienzi, MS, will be Friday, June 28, 2019 at 2:00 P M at Magnolia Funeral Home Chapel of Memories with interment to follow at Little Hope Cemetery in Falkner, MS. Bro. David Bledso will officiate the service. Visitation will be Thursday, June 27, 2019 from 5:00 P M to 9:00 P M and Friday, June 28, 2019 from 12:00 noon until service time at Magnolia Funeral Home. Mr. Rose passed away Tuesday, June 25, 2019 at his residence in Rienzi, MS. He was born April 3, 1980 in Pontiac, MI and was a member of Crossroads Full Gospel Church. Scott loved to fish and hunt and work on cars but most of all he enjoyed spending time with his family and helping people who were in need. He was a huge Tennessee Titans fan and enjoyed wrestling. Scott is survived by wife of 7 years, Audrey Rose of Rienzi, MS; his sons, Dustin Rose of Dumas, MS and Levi Stockton of Rienzi, MS; his daughters, Catie Stockton of Rienzi, MS, Kylie Stockton of Rienzi, MS and Kaytlin Rose of Dumas, MS; his brothers, Robert Randolph of Rienzi, MS and Ronald Rose (Mistie) of Lawrenceburg, TN; his sister, Joanna Sweeney (Kevin) of Plover, WI; his mother-in-Law, Tina Thrasher of Rienzi, MS; his grandfather-in-Law, Jerry Burns of Rienzi, MS; his brothers-in-Law, Johnny Thrasher (Katrina) of Corinth, MS, Mark Thrasher (Sally) of Corinth, MS and Nick Thrasher of Rienzi, MS; special friend, Robert Edge of Booneville, MS; several nieces, nephews,other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his mother, Marla Griffith Moore; step-father, Arnold Moore; father-in-Law, Marcus Thrasher; maternal grandparents, Charles and Lorene Griffith and grandmother-in-law, Tina Burns.
