Roy Michael “Mike” Foster, age 68 of Winchester, passed away on Thursday, March 14, 2024, at CHI Memorial Hospital in Chattanooga. Mike was born on December 8, 1955, in Winchester, TN, to the late Roy Thomas “Tommy” and Ruth (Reynolds) Foster. Mike played college baseball while attending Aquinas College in Nashville. In his spare time and on rainy days, he would watch the sports channel and during baseball season he would cheer on the Atlanta Braves. Mike attended Huntland Baptist Church when he could. He will be remembered by his family and friends as a man who knew no stranger. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his father and mother -in-law, Joe Sutton and Clemmie (Grider) Lee. Mike is survived by his loving wife of thirty-two years, Terri Lee Foster; sons, Shannon (Tami) Foster and Nick (Fallon) Foster; step-sons, Russ (Jessica) Morris; grandchildren, Kobe Foster, Shavannah Foster, Jadyn Foster, Cameron Mahaffey, Alexis Love, Kobe Love, Bryson Foster, Avrey Foster, Auna Foster and Memphis Foster; step grandchildren, Brooklyn Morris and Bailey Morris; sisters, Pam Crownover and Sandy Foster; and many nieces and nephews.
