Service for Mr. Roy Gwinn Garrison, age 62, of Decatur, will be Wednesday, July 26, 2:00 p.m. at Shelton Funeral Home Chapel, with Preacher Bill Weems officiating. The family will receive friends Tuesday, July 25, 2017 from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm, at the funeral home. Interment will be at Russell Cemetery.
Mr. Garrison, who died Saturday, July 22, 2017, at Decatur Morgan Hospital, was born August 1, 1954, in Morgan County, AL, to Roy Travis Garrison and Hazel Ruth Bates Garrison.
He is survived by his wife Diane Weems Garrison, son, Zach Garrison of Decatur, two daughters, Amy Garrison of Moulton, and Nikki Tweedy of Marysville, MI, one brother, Johnny Garrison, two sisters, Libby Weems and Nancy Castell, both of Moulton, and 6 grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be friends.
