A Celebration of Life Service for Rosemary Dawson, 72, of Corinth, MS will be Saturday, March 23, 2024 at 2 PM at Magnolia Funeral Home – South Chapel officiated by Greg Woodruff. Katie Beth Corbin will deliver the eulogy. Interment will follow in Magnolia Gardens. Visitation will be Saturday, March 23, 2024 from 12-2 PM at Magnolia Funeral Home – South. Rosemary was born in Corinth, MS on November 1, 1951 to the late Tim and Delola Conley Austin and passed away at Sanctuary Hospice on March 15, 2024. Those who knew Rosemary will always remember her for her years of service as a jewelry manager at Sam’s Club, and her unwavering love for her feline companions – her cats were truly her life. Her optimistic outlook on life and her knack for staying organized brought a sense of calm and inspiration to those around her. She found joy in creating lists, a reflection of her meticulous and thoughtful nature. Beyond the confines of work, Rosemary found solace and happiness in simple pleasures such as gardening, shopping, and cherishing moments with her beloved family and friends. Her presence lit up any gathering, bringing warmth and laughter to all. Rosemary Dawson leaves behind a legacy of love and kindness that will be carried forward by those who had the privilege of knowing her. Survivors include her children, Mandy McKee (Terry) and Corey Keltner (Terry); her grandchildren, Katie Beth, Riley, Micheal (Andrea), and Brooke (Thomas); her great grandchildren, Brynlee, Jax, Blair, Joseph, Aubrey, Adrian, and Nate; her brother, Vic Austin (Irene); her sisters, Trish Briggs, and Myra Willis (Mike); a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her brother-in-law, Frankie Briggs. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Sanctuary Hospice House in Tupelo, MS.
