A Celebration of Life service for Ronnie Lee Lansdell, 71, of Hartselle will be Thursday, October 8, 2015 at 1 p.m. at Roselawn Funeral Home with Ralph Henderson officiating. Burial will be in Friendship Cemetery. Visitation will be tonight from 6 to 8 at the funeral home.
Mr. Lansdell passed away October 3, 2015. He was born December 26, 1942 to Marvin Lansdell Sr. and Ina Mae Evans Lansdell. He was a retired Army National Guard veteran and a retiree of BellSouth. Mr. Lansdell was preceded in death by his parents; and two brothers, Marvin Lansdell Jr. and Wayne Lansdell.
He is survived by two daughters, Jackie Lansdell and Diane Lansdell; one son, Brandon Lansdell; six grandchildren, Dustin Buckelew, Skylar Agner, Scarlett Dyer, Noah Lansdell, Destiny Lansdell and Joshua Lansdell; three great-grandchildren, Rayne, Isaac and Kensli Buckelew; three sisters, Jo Hill, Rachel Carroll and Metha Cooper; and one brother, Jesse Lansdell.
The Honor Guard will serve as pallbearers. Honorary pallbearers will be Ronnie Woodard, Shawn Woodard, David Carroll, Tony Lansdell, Steve Lansdell and Larry Wayne Lansdell.
