Mr. Ronnie Lee Dunn 67 formerly of Owens Cross Roads, Alabama entered into his heavenly home surrounded by his family on March 30th 2026 @ 7:19 pm.
Ronnie was born on March 8th 1959 in Huntsville Alabama to his loving parents Franklin D and Jettie Sue Dunn of Owens Cross Roads. Ronnie was the oldest of 5 children. He is preceded in death by both of his parents.
Ronnie was a loving Father, Grandfather, Great-Grandfather, Brother, Uncle and friend to many. He was known for his kindness, humor, strength, strong work ethic but his greatest past time was with his family which he adored. You could always find Ronnie at Sunday worship singing those Old Time Gospel Hymens in which he loved.
Mr. Dunn is survived by his Daughters Jennifer Dunn Johnson (Michael) of Toney Al. Tisha Dunn Johnson (Tony) of Hollywood Al. Ronnie was blessed with the 8 amazing grandchildren and 10 precious great grandchildren and one on the way.
Ronnie is also survived by two sisters Frankie Demastus of Harvest Al, & Melissa Smith (Allen) of Athens, AL Two brothers Terry Dunn (Maricel) of the Philippines and Kevin Dunn (Ginger) of Ardmore AL. Ronnie had several nieces and nephews. Companion Jamie Hill of 25 years. Jamie had 3 kids and 9 grand kids that Ronnie helped raise over the years.

Visitation will be Friday 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at New Hope Funeral Home. Services will be held at New Hope Funeral Home Chapel, Friday at 3:00 PM with Rev. Dewayne Martin officiating.
Interment will be in Walker Cemetery.
