Funeral services for Mr. Ronnie Daniel Davis, age 73, are scheduled for 3 PM, Saturday, December 14, 2019 in the chapel of Pafford Funeral Home in Lexington. Interment will follow in Lexington Cemetery. Mr. Davis passed away Thursday in Lexington. He was born November 2, 1946 in Lexington to the late Joe Earl and Mary Ellen Holmes Davis. He was retired from the National Guard and as Manager of Lexington Electric, where he worked for 35 years. He was a 50 year Mason. He loved farming, horses and cattle, and spending time with his family. He could fix almost anything. He was preceded in death by his sister, Barbara Little. Survivors include his wife of 54 years, Janice Kay Wood Davis; two daughters, Amy Davis and Kathy Davis; his brother, Mike Davis (Janie); three nephews, Jody Buck, Ben Davis, and Williehue Davis; his best friends that he considered as brothers, Bobby Dyer and Travis Lewis; a sister-in-law, Linda Wood; two grandchildren, Brittany Jones (Timothy) and Ashley Darnall; and four great grandchildren, Nolan Jones, McKenzie Jones, Parker Jones, and Layla Darnall.
